There are no machines by Shockspot showing on their website, just some of their accessories.

If you are finding it that un-usable then you could try contact Lovense and ask if you are able return it? I mean if it is not fit for purpose and been too big for a lot of cam girls seems to be the consensus, even causing injury. For me that would be more than good enough reason to request a refund...
