Where can I find the Lovense affiliate program?

If you are a Lovense affiliate, direct or through other affiliate networks, are having issues and would like to share, please post.

Since 23/02/2021 there seems to be some problems with the affiliate tracking:

• Referrer sites with whom I have no affiliation showing
• Landing page showing the affiliate link eg. /r/a1b2c3, not the Lovense landing page

Not sure if lack of converted referrals since this date are a result of tracking issues or simply due of lack purchases.

Are there any other affiliates here experiencing this?

Have you noticed any change in sales?

No sales since 23/02/2021.

As an experienced affiliate I know that such fluctuations are possible, which is why I didn't really emphasise on sales.

I was going to give it a week before becoming concerned and then two weeks before I knew something wasn't right.

Don't forget that was around the time Russia invading the Ukraine

Perhaps people just aren't buying sex toys with the threat of world war.

I mean the last thing I want to do is spend disposable income with this prospect on the horizon.

I've heard a lot of affiliates of non-essential items seeing a decline right now.

Good point. I have also seen a decline in other programs too, so maybe this has something to do with.

I am seeing a trickle of sales again the last 2 days.

Likely just a coincidence with the drop in sales and changes to tracking stats.

I also do think that there was a definite impact from the Ukraine crisis.

Still seeing some unknown referrer sites and landing pages showing as affiliate link.

Just a heads up to Lovense affiliates.

My tracking seems to returning to normal: Landing pages now showing as before 'name of product or page title', sales appear back to normal and more familiar referrer sites (my properties), there are still a couple of what appears to be other affiliates sites showing every now and then, also google which just concerns me as don't want Lovense thinking that I am sending any traffic via PPC.

Everything seems okay.

Did anyone else experience the converted clicks, no commission problem over the last few weeks? I initial noticed it on the odd small here and there over the last few months, but just thought maybe it was was some sort of duplication, but the it began happening where most clicks which were showing as converted in the report but no corresponding commission.

I emailed the Lovense affiliate team, an affiliate manager replied back stating that they knew about an issue with the click reporting which they had now resolved and that the commissions were still correct - no additional commissions appeared in my reporting, so guess the clicks that state are converted must be errors.

However, I have not seen any commission since this problem even though my traffic has increased, coupled with the fact it is Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas shopping period, last month saw my lowest number of sales since joining the Lovense affiliate program, compared to last November, December & January period which was my best 3 months on record, by far!

I suspect there's something still going on that's causing commissions not allocated.

Anyone else seeing this?

There does not appear to be anything in the lovense affiliate terms that will prevent you, or someone else, doing a test purchase for you.

Maybe buy the cheapest thing they sell, unless there is actually something that you want, you can always cancel or return the order for a refund.

I have emailed an affiliate manager again as I suspect there’s something still not working. I have not received a single commission since the reporting error (converted clicks no commission) which is the longest period with sales since I joined their affiliate program.

I believe our affiliate account is experiencing some issues:

Another unusual issue is that when I log into my Lovense account, I am redirected from www to nl.Lovense.com subdomain, so maybe there’s some security/fraud measure been incorrectly applied to my account resulting in no commissions been awarded.

I have contacted the Lovense affiliate team again to request someone looks into the issues, so I will report back any findings or issues here once I have received any responses.

Things appear to be back to normal for us again.
