Paxum External Card Transfer Rejected

Are there any other affiliates who use Paxum External Card Transfer seeing this issue:
Unfortunately your External Card Transfer to [name] in the amount of [amount] has been rejected.
I have tried on numerous occasions, all of which keep getting rejected.

I bank with Monzo and when my bank reject the incoming payment (from Paxum) I receive a notification stating it was declined. However, on the occasion where the attempts are been rejected my bank is not giving me any notification, which indicates that it's a Paxum issue.

I have opened a ticket with Paxum for some information.

It’s a Paxum issue nothing to do with the bank. I tried multiple times, even added a new bank card from another bank, all of which were rejected.

Paxum have confirmed that there is currently a technical issue with their payment processor.

I was instructed to try again later.

I have given up on it and now attempting to use EFT.

Pleasantly supposed to learn that there is a $2.50 EFT fee on the amount I am trying as opposed to the ~$14 card transfer fee.

Plus it said it would be faster payment so hopefully quick and without issue too!

This problem could actually work out in my favour and save me loads in fees going forward.

I will keep you posted on wether it was successful or not.

Well the EFT transfer worked, so like I say maybe the external card transfer not working was a blessing in disguise. I am going to save a significant amount in Paxum fees choosing EFT instead - It might take a couple of days longer but money is money.
