Not the same, they are 2 separate profile/couples.
However, they are streaming from the same house/venue.
They both also claim to be British or in the UK, neither of which is true.
Both accounts seem to rank as number one UK models whenever they are online.
The girls look very similar too, possibly sisters, cousins or even mum and daughter perhaps.
