Banned on AdultWork.com Needing Help

Tried logging into adultwork and can't and profile not showing on adultwork.
Why would adultwork ban me and how do I get help to get my account restored and access to use the site again?
I only stared last month and have £2500 in adultwork credits earning on my account pending payment and another £1500 to transfer, have I lost my money, please tell me this isn't a scam. I didn't even do anything wrong
Any advice on what to do?
