Which webcam affiliate affiliate programs offer a model referral scheme with revenue share model?

I'm already aware of BongaCash - 5% of referred models' lifetime earnings.

Any others?

Cams.com via FFN offer "10% of their earnings for the first 6 months" model referral program.

You have to contact them to request access.
