Is it worth starting a group on Adultwork?

Do any models earn much from offering a group for webcam models, offering benefits like daily pay, support, marketing for a percentage of your members earnings? Trying to figure out if it is worth it and if I managed to recruit say 100 models would I be able to make a living from it still?
