What are your thoughts?
For the second time now I have bought a toy from Lovense.com using my affiliate link and not received credit.
Reckon they are not crediting all commissions.

Perhaps they know you are an existing affiliate buying toys and don't credit as I believe it's in their terms.

Well they wouldn't really know as it's in a private browser, on my brand new mobile, using mobile data (no wifi).

Did you use a new customer account and provide personal information that doesn't in any way correlate with your affiliate account?
Besides that, regardless of what I said earlier, having just had a look at their terms, it doesn't look like there's any restriction for buying the odd Lovense toy using your own affiliate link, as long as you are not buying bulk or for resell. So I think it is allowed. Perhaps you have unknowingly visited Lovense via someone else's affiliate link or even encountered a pop, perhaps someone is cookie stuffing or maybe even just a fault or delay in crediting your account.
PS. If you clicked your own affiliate link posted on this site, it is likely the forum word filter changed the code.
Either way I would reach out to the Lovense support
here.

I too have experienced the odd anomaly whereby I have seen more converted clicks in the click record report than there is commissions in the pending commission report. I’m wondering if there’s some issue with the reporting/tracking or it could just be a case of duplication.
I’m wondering if the crediting of affiliate commission is manual and allocated when the order is processed by a human as opposed to done automatically when the order is created by the e-commerce software.

Did you contact Lovense?
Again this morning I am seeing converted clicks that aren't showing any commission in pending.
I think there's a problem with the reporting.

Not sure if my case is an isolated incident, but my account has seen a drop in commissions. Having contacted a Lovense affiliate manager the issue seemed to resolve, with backdated commission and new added to account. however, the issue seems to be reoccurring.
Another unusual issue is that when I log into my Lovense account, I am redirected from www to nl.Lovense.com subdomain, so maybe there’s some security/fraud measure been incorrectly applied to my account resulting in no commissions been awarded.
I have contacted the Lovense affiliate team again to request someone looks into the issues, so I will report back any findings or issues here once I have received any responses.

I think any glitch/issue has been resolved as stats seem to be reporting as normal again.
Just found it a little odd that their was a dramatic drop in sales over the festive period, which usually saw a double-treble increase in the previous Christmas and Sales periods.

We have not generated any sales this month, which is highly unusual.
Have contacts the Lovense partners support to see if they are aware of an issues.
Will report back.
Wondering if any other Lonvese affiliates having a similar issue?
