Affiliate Programs that DO NOT allocate user to affiliate

Are there any adult webcam affiliate programs that don't allocate the user to the affiliate?
Do you mean revshare just not lifetime revshare?
So like I can refer an existing referred user to the site and if my cookie is the one that is relevant as per cookie terms I get credit??
I would like to know if there are any programs like this.
