Are there any adult webcam affiliate programs that have a model referral program with a lifetime revshare option?

So many who promised a so-called lifetime revshare are changing their terms to limit revshare period.

Who still offers lifetime revshare?

FYI: Bongacams / Bongacash have changed their lifetime revshare to 5% for 1 year only.
