I would say not, she is definitely not British, but can type English OK, but having heard her speak she is not fully fluent in the language and definitely no northern accent or slang.

She is 100% in the UK, at least while she's online right now. You can see a UK three pin plug socket on the wall to the left of her bed. I have watched in fullscreen and zoomed in!
