Simply put, models will earn 80% on their own fans, that is members they bring to iFans themselves, they also earn 40% + 40% = 80% when they refer members who subscribe to their own page and 40% from subscriptions to other models, they will also get 50% from camming to a public live stream on the site and from iFans explore.
