I don't know if anybody else knows this little trick on how to become a featured members on the homepage for free.

Well, when I say free, it'll still cost a your standard daily service profile featuring fee, not the prices charged for the 'of the Day' auctions.

First tip for cheap featuring is to feature your profile for the main services 'Escort, Webcam, Phone' at the earliest slot in advance as possible and do that daily so you are only ever paying for the cheapest slots and after 30 days you will start to see the reward and savings of featuring your profile this way. The earlier in advance the feature slot, the cheaper it is and the later, such as tomorrow are the most expensive slots.

So then make sure you are registered for SMS services, then instead of featuring in advance, as this is relatively cheap to feature even as late as possible and SMS been the cheapest of the services to feature for, live this until the very last second before midnight to appear in the 'New Featured Members' section at the bottom of the adultwork homepage.
