It sounds like a country/region block is in place.

If you are a viewer receiving this message, then it's likely the model has blocked your county/region or set some other broadcast restrictions.

If you are a model the check your country blocking broadcaster settings (How to country ban on chaturbate).

Is there any way to circumvent the blocked countries feature and watch models who have blocked United Kingdom from inside the UK?
