Are you using the Lovense affiliate program?
The 'Click Record' report is showing clicks which have converted, but when reviewing the 'Pending' report there is no commission awarded?
Are you seeing the same?

Update: I emailed the Lovense affiliate team and received a reply back from an affiliate manager, who stated that there was a known bug in the click report that has been fixed this morning but the pending dashboard is working and reporting the correct amount of valid sale.
