I used to, but as I have grown a reputation for the more extreme side of penetration, and a following who expect it, I found that not been able to fully perform caused more problems and on balance earns me less income over the month than just taking days off when I'm 'On'.

I now routinely take the week off to do admin, accounts, create content, promo.
