Buy a good tripod and lighting

Completely new to webcam model and would be really grateful if you could share with me which tripod and lighting you use and also where you bought it from. I'm camming using an iPhone for the time being so one that is compatible for that and maybe accommodates professional cams too as I do plan on buying one once I start earning.
