Streamate no affiliate cookie

Is it true that the steamate affiliate program via CamBuilder does not use a cookie to track the affiliate link, so if the referred visitor does not signup as a member within the initial visit then no credit is given to the affiliate?

Streamate affiliate tracking is not done using cookies it is done via Local Storage (redux-localstorage).

I am seeing this too.

There are thousands of Streamate affiliates, so if their tracking wasn't working we would surely hear about it.
