Why haven't adultwork.com updated their site?

I have been wondering lately as to why adultwork have not invested in updating their website?

I mean it's not like they cannot afford to, or at least could have, they were making multiple millions, had hundreds of millions in the bank.

So why would they not invest a small percentage of why they are making into keeping the site successful?

I think the site design and outdated experience is the reason most have ditched it.
