Phone network/plan for mobile streaming

Do you mobile stream... which mobile network and plan do you recommend?

I am currently with Three (unlimited data plan) and have tried doing some camming on my mobile at various places but have found it lags way too much and is completely impractical. I am wanting to start focussing on doing mobile streaming, while driving, shopping, out walking and some remote locations, so need a network provider and plan that is suitable.

I'm with Voxi and have a rolling 30-day subscription (like PAYG) I have their Unlimited data plan, it costs £35 a month but have found that it is the best provider for streaming in the go.
