Is MyFreeCams Down for models in UK?

Site is loading and models showing on homepage.
But when filtering United Kingdom models it's only showing this model > MyFreeCams https://www.myfreecams.com/#TestCam11
No UK models showing, unless there is none online, but never seen the TestCam11 profile before as though there's an issue?
