Stripcash Low Verified Signups

I am curious as to other Stripchat affiliate's stats and experiences relating to verified signups.

My own experience over the last 2 years sees only around 50% of signups becoming verified.

I wonder what, if any, are the limitations or consequences of a signup not been verified?
