Am I allowed to set any region county/area?
As a webcam model on adultwork is it allowed to set any region and county/area or do you have to state where you really are or leave it blank? I guess what I am trying to ask is, will I get into trouble, as it is against the terms to say my county region/area is somewhere other than where I am, or can I just make it up and change it to capitalise on demand from members seeking service providers from specific areas, as I know even cam punters can be more enticed by those who are local, then change it even now and then to get even more exposure in different places and get a good number of loyal clientele form different areas of the UK??

I am not sure it is in keeping with the spirit of the community, but don't think it is addressed in their terms, so technically not against them. Plus how would they realistically know any different in order to prove you are not in a specific locality?
I have seen models stating on their profiles that they are in the UK and adultwork have a feature that shows when a model purporting to be in the United Kingdom is accessing from outside the UK (using IP address tracking), displaying an 'Accessing from' and country, on their profile to show customers this fact, but they don't do this for different countries within the UK, nor counties, regions or areas.
As a webcam model I do find that the majority of my webcam customers are local to me (or at least where I state I am), even when not advertising as offering escort services. So think it is a good idea you have come up with to change your location every now and then as to appear in a different local search results at any one time and might be a good way to increase exposure to customers in other parts of Great Britain, who will then discover you and once they have likely remain in contact and a customer.

I have already set my locality to somewhere other than where I am, just for privacy really. I would have thought for webcam models this was allowed as you are still able to provide service regardless of area, unlike escorts.
